Position: Training Executive

Function: 
As a Training Executive, this position will play a pivotal role working closely with the Operations & Kitchen Team to create, organize, and facilitate F&B-specific training programs for our leaders and colleagues. This position will encompass a wide range of responsibilities, from conducting internal audits to identify training needs, managing the training budget, and facilitating corporate learning programs.

Primary Duties & responsibilities include but not limited to: 
  • Identify training needs and gaps and implement solutions to enhance productivity and performance.
  • Prepare Training need Analysis by being part of internal audit to analyze training needs and develop a training calendar.
  • Review customer feedback report for designing training calendar.
  • Assist Department Managers in developing and implementing ongoing training, including monthly training calendars, across all the regions.
  • Collaborate with the Operations & Kitchen Team to design, organize, and lead training programs for both new and existing staff. 
  • Conduct regular internal audits to assess the effectiveness of training initiatives. Provide recommendations for improvements to align with Colleague Engagement and business objectives. Responsible for training calendars and attendance sheet.
  • Prepare annual training budget and maintain accurate records of monthly, quarterly, and annual training activities and expenses. 
  • Facilitate and execute learning programs, acting as a positive ambassador for mission and values of the organization. 
  • Coordinate with Product development Manager and R&D team for designing new product launch training.
  • Responsible for reviewing FOH & BOH SOP and training the team according to the brand standards. 
  • Work with all responsible person to establish a uniform onboarding process for new colleagues, ensuring that departmental orientation materials are up to date. 
  • Prepare and update learning materials to support training programs. 
  • Provide support for the successful completion of performance reviews and run reports on outstanding performance reviews. 
  • Assist Leaders and Colleagues in creating and following up on Individual Development Plans. 
  • Maintain and update all training records accurately. 
  • Conduct various F&B-specific training courses for restaurants, including Suggestive Selling, Product Training, Service Polish, Service Standards, Point of Sale/Cash Handling, etc. 
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, maintain a safe working environment, and adhere to policies and programs. 
  • Provide assistance and support to Food & Beverage colleagues as required, especially during peak business periods. 
  • Other duties assigned from time to time based on requirement by the management

Skills: 

  • Proven experience in the food and beverage industry, with a strong understanding of service standards. 
  • Previous training and development experience 
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team 
  • Commitment to upholding safety, environmental, and company policies 
  • Good written and verbal English communication 

Qualifications: 
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred. 
  • 2-3 years related experience.

Salary: 300-350 KWD
